This award is given to the outstanding candidate who has made significant contributions to the research, development, and/or application of Electronic Warfare technologies, techniques, and/or solutions.

The modern term of Electronic Warfare includes traditional EW disciplines of Electronic Support (ES), Electronics Attack (EA) and Electronic Protection (EP) as well as technologies/techniques related to Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), Electromagnetic Spectrum Management Operations (EMSO), Cyber Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA), Information Operations (IO), and other information related capabilities.

Winner: Mr. Joshua Swicegood – AFLCMC F-15 Division

For exceptional and exemplary commitment to the advancement of warfighter capabilities in Electronic Warfare (EW), specifically for the F-15 System Program Office (SPO) and the Eagle Passive Active Warning Survivability System (EPAWSS).

This annual award is given to an outstanding candidate who has made significant contributions to the management, development, and/or fielding of Electronic Warfare technologies, techniques, and/or solutions.

This award is given to an outstanding supervisor in the Kittyhawk Chapter who has demonstrated significant skill in leading a team of Electronic Warfare professionals. The Outstanding Supervisor award is presented to recognize an individual who is passionate about the development and career advancement of their employees and EW professionals.

The modern term of Electronic Warfare includes traditional EW disciplines of Electronic Support (ES), Electronics Attack (EA) and Electronic Protection (EP) as well as technologies/techniques related to Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), Electromagnetic Spectrum Management Operations (EMSO), Cyber Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA), Information Operations (IO), and other information related capabilities.

The Young Professionals award is presented to recognize an individual who is passionate about the development and advancement of EW related technologies and solutions.

The modern term of Electronic Warfare includes traditional EW disciplines of Electronic Support (ES), Electronics Attack (EA) and Electronic Protection (EP) as well as technologies/techniques related to Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), Electromagnetic Spectrum Management Operations (EMSO), Cyber Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA), Information Operations (IO), and other information related capabilities.

The nominee must be within 10 years of receiving their first professional degree (Bachelors degree or equivalent).

Winner: Mr. Kane Louderback – Information Systems Laboratory

For outstanding technical, project management and community accomplishments. Kane provided superb software development support for Information Systems Laboratories’ core physics-based Digital Twin product, he was Project Manager for two high visibility Air Force Electronic Warfare projects and was instrumental in the success of multiple tradeshows and Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) activities to advance the future state of our Nation, the Association of Old Crows, and Electronic Warfare.

For technology-related contributions to Electronic Warfare as a data analyst. Her efforts have significantly improved the situational awareness and performance of individual EW system, resulting in key program decisions for several significant programs, including the F-15 AN/ALQ-250 EPAWSS, FMS F-16 AN/ALQ-254(V)1 Viper Shield, PEO Aviation Off-board System (OBS) – Air Launched Effects (ALE) program, WNY and SWRI Ravager SOSA EW technology, and AFRL’s Ephemeral Paragon (E-Gon) cognitive EW program. Ms. Reyna’s dedication to her work is a testament her commitment to excellence and her continued success in DoD EW.
